Verified Renter 1016 Lofts move-in process was amazing. The units could use some more attention to the patched holes in the walls, but the tall ceilings, cement walls, and beautiful view makes up for that. The leasing team is awesome and helpful as well. Highly recommend this community!

I like the fact that each loft is slighlty nuanced rather than the boring, cookie cutter communities. It's somehow more original and feels more homey than other residential properties I toured.

The amenities are great: a gym/fitness center with workout equipment essentials, a large outdoor pool, two dog parks, and more cool stuff. I like the rustic look & feel of the loft-style rooms. The leasing staff are really nice and sweet. Great location being in West Midtown with close proximity to entertainment and great spots to eat. Also, a shopping plaza with a grocery store, pet store, and other shops is just down the road. Doesn't get much better... read more
