Verified Renter The community is amazing. I wish the appliances were newer and the cabinets were updated but outside of the Howell Mill noise everything is lovely.

The few neighbors I’ve come in contact with have been welcoming and always willing to answer questions.. i believe I’m going to love it here.

Verified Renter 1016 Lofts move-in process was amazing. The units could use some more attention to the patched holes in the walls, but the tall ceilings, cement walls, and beautiful view makes up for that. The leasing team is awesome and helpful as well. Highly recommend this community!

I like the fact that each loft is slighlty nuanced rather than the boring, cookie cutter communities. It's somehow more original and feels more homey than other residential properties I toured.
