Verified Renter Amenities and public spaces are all kept nice and clean. Any questions you have management is on top of answering! The building's unique layout and construction makes for differences you wouldn't normally see in apartments that make for a different experience living and getting around the property.
Verified Renter We no longer have a dog wash station, we can't use the fire pit bc there hasn't been propane in it for actual years, the tv's in steam room have never worked, we no longer have a business center bc it's now a package room with people coming in and out all day and only 2 seats, and I don't get email blasts about neighborhood happenings although I've asked at least a thousand times. While I do love it here, these are issues for me.
Verified Renter Just renewed our lease for a second year and still loving it here. The leasing and maintenance teams are responsive and professional, and the community feels welcoming. The units are a bit small but well-equipped with great features like central A/C, washer/dryer, and balconies. Amenities like the pool, dog parks, gym, and gated parking garage add a lot of value. Plus, West Midtown has plenty of great spots to eat and explore. Highly recommend!
Perfectly Fine for the Price Pros: rent is decent for Westside, property management is excellent, things get fixed quickly, and very few bug issues. Cons: concrete everything (floors included), older appliances, the occasional poor resident (trash left out, etc.), and extremely noisy if you live on Howell Mill Rd. Overall: you get what you pay for; no more, no less. If you want something basic without much hassle, this gets the job done just fine.

Verified Renter So far it’s been okay. Pretty active night life as, at least from what I’ve seen, it’s mostly college or college age residents. Some may find the noise a little unsettling but honestly I feel safer knowing it’s a populated area, and as a women living alone I tend to avoid places where no one would see anything if it were to happen. Easy parking access too.

The leasing team is caring and finds nice ways to unite the resident community. The maintenance team is awesome; requests are resolved promptly and professionally. Verified Renter The place is wonderful, great location and atmosphere. the only complaint I have is about the property manager britnee, not a fan of her. she will do whatever it takes to get a couple hundred bucks off you. the maintenance folk are all nice, the supporting pm's are all sweet. overall though lived here for 3 years and have no complaints of the lifestyle here
