Verified Renter The best. So glad I tried oit this part of the city. Have been wanting to love here for years. And the persons place I went to here for the first time years ago that had me interested in living at 1016 Lofts...STILL LIVES HERE!!! WOWEE wowed wowee.wowee wowee...says a lot about this place location. And staff.

Verified Renter The staff in the office is exceptional at making sure my needs are taken care of in a timely manner. They communicate any issues and always welcome me with smiling faces. I appreciate them greatly for that. Maintenance also makes it a point to go above an beyond. Matt came in to fix one thing and left fixing three without me having to ask! 10 out of 10 I do recommend.
