It?s a great... (Verified Renter) It?s a great place and great for dog owners. I would recommend it but would make them aware of the growing problems such as theft and lack of security attention as well as the broken doors to the garage and Airbnb residents that do not respect the property.
The staff was... (Verified Renter) The staff was the absolute most helpful. We cut straight to the chase. I didn't even want to see any other properties after my experience and viewing. Definite recommendation to friends and family from me.
The only negative... (Verified Renter) The only negative thing about the community was the implementation of the Luxer system for packages. It was not reliable and shippers (USPS, specifically) did not want to comply.
The maintenance staff... (Verified Renter) The maintenance staff at the building is second to none. We are very grateful to have them in our community.
Leasing office is INCOMPETENT Leasing office is INCOMPETENT. Suzanne and Leeana should be fired. I have never in my life had so much trouble with basic lease, apartment, or package issues. They do absolutely nothing to help solve your problem, just repeat the same line over and over until you leave the office.
The complex has... (Verified Renter) The complex has the amenities my family and I enjoy. Our neighbors are great as well as the staff. We like the added security features the property offers as well.
The apartment community... (Verified Renter) The apartment community is lovely, very nice. I enjoy being in a dog friendly environment, but it seems like there are so many dogs. I have 3 or 4 neighbors that I share walls with that have dogs that bark when owners are gone, makes it difficult to work from home (i occasionally do). Also, neighbors above me who constantly slide furniture echoing in my apartment at all hours is frustrating. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community because I feel very safe and I love how spacious my apartment is. The community amenities are well kept and nice. I wouldn't recommend it to people that don't like dogs because there are a lot of dogs here. I love that parking is free and I nope that never changes.
Horrible Office staff.... (Verified Renter) Horrible Office staff. Never answer phone. Do not answerer emails. Not helpful. The package situation is deplorable. Missing packages and there is no way to track.
