I had an AWESOME experience with the sweet ladies at 1016 Lofts! I toured with Leanna who showed me a few different floor plans of the 2bdrm. She was patient with me and extremely helpful. Ms. Suzanne the manager who I met is wonderful too. I look forward to moving to 1016 Lofts. �
Love living here. The atmosphere is great. Everyone in the office is super helpful and made my transition to moving to Atlanta super smooth.
Leasing office is INCOMPETENT Leasing office is INCOMPETENT. Suzanne and Leeana should be fired. I have never in my life had so much trouble with basic lease, apartment, or package issues. They do absolutely nothing to help solve your problem, just repeat the same line over and over until you leave the office.

The complex has... (Verified Renter) The complex has the amenities my family and I enjoy. Our neighbors are great as well as the staff. We like the added security features the property offers as well.
The apartment community... (Verified Renter) The apartment community is lovely, very nice. I enjoy being in a dog friendly environment, but it seems like there are so many dogs. I have 3 or 4 neighbors that I share walls with that have dogs that bark when owners are gone, makes it difficult to work from home (i occasionally do). Also, neighbors above me who constantly slide furniture echoing in my apartment at all hours is frustrating. We've been here for a month now and we absolutely love it. If you're a dog person, THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE. Our apartment itself is clean, modern, and we still walk in and can't believe we live here! The community and the people also make this a very desirable place to live. It can be a little noisy at times due to dogs barking and the club a few blocks away. Other than that, we don't have a complaint!
