I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment because of the customer service, clean public spaces and the considerate nature of fellow residents. I would not recommend it because of the surrounding clubs that are loud.
New mgmt. has really taken this place in the wrong direction I used to love this place when Miguel was the manager. Seriously, I was so proud to finally live at a place where management heard your voice and built policies and procedures that put tenants first. Sadly, this place has new management and it isn't good. They implemented a new automated/self-serve package system without first confirming with the 3 primary shipping companies (FedEx, USPS, and UPS) that they would actually comply with delivering to this type of syst... read more

My only reservation,... (Verified Renter) My only reservation, and it is important, is the noise. The office does its best to deal with it. I think ultimately the only solution is structural. Parquet flooring, for example, might help.
