There are way... (Verified Renter) There are way too many mosquitoes here. There may be standing water in the drainage; its very unlikely there is a quick and easy way to fix the drainage, but maybe you could just treat the standing water.

1016 lofts I love how well the grounds are kept. The environment offers live work options that can not be beat and extremely animal friendly. The gym is AWESOME !!! It has a great location. It is located in Atlanta's upper west side. The most wonderful restaurants, shops, and night life. The floor plans are the so spacious and very affordable for the area. 1016 Lofts boast high ceilings, large windows which let in tons of light, and open floor plans suitable for any lifestyle. It's an urban industrial oasis.
Excellent Loft Style Complex The apartments are constructed out of concrete on all sides, which reduces noise from neighbors by a lot. Concrete floors are easy to clean and can be dressed up by a rug. The appliances are higher quality than average and the oven, stove top, and dish washer are all larger than typical. The staff have always been polite and the maintenance staff usually fix problems within 18 hours. The location is perfect.
