The rooms can... (Verified Renter) The rooms can become very humid, and the mold that forms on the windows and blinds is annoying. Otherwise I've enjoyed my stay.
The construction around... (Verified Renter) The construction around is a complete disaster, and I wish the mangement company was better ahead of things such as assisting residents with the traffic congestion issues, package room (which is definitely better now), as well as a few other issues.
We tend to... (Verified Renter) We tend to take good maintenance service for granted, but in reality it is hard to find.
The place is... (Verified Renter) The place is beautiful!! Maintenance is great and fast at fixing things. The leasing off is great as well too. The only thing I don't like is the moldy units and having to keep my a/c running all day to prevent the mold causes me a super high bill.
The ladies in... (Verified Renter) The ladies in the front office were incredibly professional, organized, and easy to talk to.
I enjoyed the... (Verified Renter) I enjoyed the tour and the layout of the complex as well as the apartment layouts themselves.
