I loved living... (Verified Renter) I loved living at 1016 Lofts while I was there, but there seems to be more and more problems with construction noise, security, maintenance, etc. Also rent was too expensive for me.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it for location and responsiveness of staff and maintenance. I would not recommend it due to noise of surrounding clubs and neighbors who play loud music.
The physical layout... (Verified Renter) The physical layout of the apartment is excellent. The view is excellent. The environment / vibe is excellent. I lived in a townhouse in Sandy Springs prior to moving here. All of the guests who have visited me at 1016 Lofts love this place more than prior place and are excited to be here.

Safe gated community.... (Verified Renter) Safe gated community. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants along with it's location in the city. Would advise that there is a very loud club nearby on the weekends that has left the streets trashed before. Possible construction about to begin right across from my apartment also.
