Awesome place. My work schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday so it doesn't allow me to get my bike up there to be fixed and checked over. Contacted Bob in service and he is going above and beyond his schedule and coming down to pick my bike up on his day off. What great service. You could ask for a better service department. Kudos Bob.
Although I ended up buying my 2020 motorcycle locally, my experience at Zylstra Harley Davidson was excellent. The salesman was great, he brought in a person from the service department (I wish I could remember his name) who added expertise in helping me decide what I really wanted/needed in a motorcycle. I was introduced to everybody at the dealership and felt at home. Thanks for the time you spent with me!

Today July 23rd my husband and I were stranded with a failed battery in Elk River. Sonny from service came out and gave us a jump and we followed him back to the dealership. An hour later we were on the road again enjoying our day. The service here first class and always takes care of our bikes. Thank You Zylstra HD for being not only a great dealership but a place we always feel welcome. These people rock!!!
