Matt and Clint were great in helping us find the right bike. Taking our goals into account and giving us a very fair deal. One of the days when we were looking I wasnt expecting to ride so was ill prepared (flip flops) they set me up so I could be safe n ride one of the bikes we were looking at. Thats above and beyond in customer service big time. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
Yo, we visited Des Moines, IA for a conference, and decided to slip up to Ames, IA H-D. They had all the discounted t-shirt put away for an event this weekend. They let us go and get first pick of t-shirts. Thumbs up killer staff!! Thanks, again.
Went in to talk with a sales rep about pricing and purchasing a Harley (literally that day if the price was right). When I got there I was 1 of 2 people in the shop, I walked around for 20 minutes and I never even got a hello or a head nod from a Sales Rep or anyone working there. I ended up going up to a Rep and asked if I could get some help and he said "he would be just a minute". 10 minutes go by and I see the Rep leaned back in his fricken chair laughing it up with another rep. This company is fraudulent! They do not honor their word. I talked to 2 people over the phone, was given a price for a motorcycle. Drove 5 hours to get there only to have them say they would never let this bike out of the door for the price we were quoted. Do not do buisness with this company! Waste of time!
