Broke down and had my motorcycle towed to Zylstra Harley Davidson. They had me in first thing in the morning and I was back on the road within hours so I can make my way home to New York. Harvey and Kevin treated me with respect and was very informative on what was wrong with my motorcycle and what steps we was taking. Very appreciative of everyone at Zylstra H-D !
I Recently purchased a new freewheeler trike and had them do some work on it before pick up. Like the typical American consumer, I was incredibly skeptical buying from a “dealer”. Let me say that Zylstra offers something different. With some patience and some communication, I got the perfect bike, at a fantastic price that I was happy with. I found Zylstra in Ames on accident when searching for a new bike. I am from MN, there are plenty of dealerships closer to me that I could have purchased from but from day 1 Zylstra took great care of me! We stopped into the Ames, Iowa store since it was on our way home to MN. (We have a Zylstra Harley near us in Elk River, MN & have always wanted to check it out.) Even though they didn’t have the bike I was looking for, they were terrific with suggestions & ideas so I could get a feel of what to expect. They were all just so friendly & down to earth. It might just be worth a trip to Iowa again when they get the bike in!! And what a nice service area they have too. Worth the stop!
Had new tires put on my bike. Bob and the team are awesome! The level of quality and service was amazing. Bike left out of storage filthy and came back spotless! Thanks again!
