I live an hour plus away so I set an appointment to check out a bike a couple days ago. Show up today for the appointment to find out that the bike sold this morning and no one bothered to call or text to let me know. Wasted my time. That’s just bad business. Took my money to Big Barn where they do things the right way.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership, staff and service dept. especially service manage Kevin. my check engine light came on on my way to Sturgis. I arrived at the dealership right at 9am when they opened on a Saturday. They were able to get me in right away, diagnosed the problem and replaced my water pump and i was on my way.
