Terrible. I waited for about 30 minutes (not peak hours) for my single order frappe while the staff prioritized later customers over my order. Inefficient and unfair service. My time wasn't respected, and the lack of communication from the staff made it worse.

30 minutes waiting time - ginawa lang nung pinuntahan na sa counter. Nakalimutan yata yung order eh kami lang naman nandun.
Took them 30 mins to make two cups of CEO latte despite having just 2-3 orders ahead of us. Could have ordered hot milk with the taste that our cups had. We even had to complain before they made our coffee. 🤷♀️
