Absolutely fantastic atmosphere! Helen is a brilliant instructor and goes over and above to make you feel welcomed in the group; getting to know you as a person. She really does make you feel valued. As a plus size woman I was initially hesitant to go to a fitness class, having had difficult experiences in the past as I didn’t fit the mould. Never had that experience here. Fabulous classes and the instructor Helen is brilliant. No need to be hesitant about coming along to class as everyone is so friendly and a great time is had by all. It has to be the best way to dance yourself fit and have fun at the same time. No judgement on anyone to be 100% step perfect, as long as you ate moving you are having fun. The toning classes on Wednesdays at Ormiston are brilliant as you use light hand weights for part of the routine for resistance. Dont hesitate, come join the party 😊

I was nervous about joining a class where I didn't know anyone but this class is so warm, friendly and positive. It's high energy so you are working out but you do as much as you can with no judgment. The best decision I ever made. No hesitation in recommending. It's great.
