Sold me hair as real but is fake. Refusing to refund telling me to call supplier myself and when I ring back to say the email given to me is incorrect he is telling me not to call him back as he can't do anything. Very rude, very unprofessional, fake products. Will now be going trading standards to report to try get my money back
