I'll happily add mine to the list of glowing reviews... This is my second time using ORI VAN LINES, and this experience was even better than the first. I moved literally *a block* from my old apartment to a much smaller (but cozy!) one. I had A LOTTA STUFF! From the very start, they had the foresight to let me know that my location would be tough because it goes right along the Muni line. These guys rock, I absolutely loved hanging with them. They did both packing and moving from the Peninsula to the city so it wasn't cheap and to be honest was a bit pricier than I'd even originally estimated. Not that it wasn't fair, just a bit much considering I didn't have major pieces (no bed, sofas, w/d, etc.). Also, I think the boxes were under packed in large degree, so that adds up in the end. Seems kind of lame to add another 5-star review to firm that already has a ton of them, but these guys really are great. We used them at two different stages of our move and there were terrific every step. First, we had to move about 85 percent of our stuff out of our place to stage our condo for sale. They came in a day early and helped pack up stuff, then loaded items the next day and facilitated all aspects of getting the stuff into storage. No hassles at all. ORI VAN LINES was flawless. After my previous move, a nightmarish cross-town gulag courtesy of Starving Students movers, I dreaded handing my cargo to another pack of strangers for my trip from Dallas to LA. brilliant move – I spoke with Danielle from Ori Van Lines in regards to my moving request. Danielle made me feel very comfortable about using this company, and informed me of many cost that other companies never mentioned. Because of this I decided to move with ORI VAN LINES. great job – I wanted to take a minute to express how happy I was with the service I received at Ori van lines. I called them looking for a small move to be made to a vacation home within a few days. They took all my info and assured me they would be able to help out. They was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this Moving Company (ORI VAN LINES) to anyone. The great service began when we asked for someone to come down and give us a free quote. Talk about efficiency - same day they sent someone (who is nice, helpful and professional).He came and gave us a very reasonable and firmed quote on the spot. By 'very reasonable' I mean their price beat others movers by a big margin So you would think we would get a raw deal at this price? Not at all. an amazing move – This is a little behind, but the point remains the same. Late last month, signed a lease for a new place. Problem being, it didn't clear til less than a week before expected move-in.
