My wife and I used them this past Saturday and it was great. This is the 3rd time we've used them. We chose them over others because 1) their rates were straightforward, 2) they didn't charge for extras (like blankets or hold items, mattress bags), 3) they were courteous on the phone, 4) had flat rates for travel times, and 5) had a cheaper option to pay by cash vs. credit card, 6) were giving a good impression that they had integrity over the phone, which was a good sign The next, from a 4th floor building with a tiny eleva... read more

The customer service at Ori is great. We were able to book 2 movers 2 weeks ahead and someone called to confirm time and place 2 days before. You've got to love organized businesses! The 2 men showed up promptly on time on Sunday morning (8am!). They definitely have their own moving system, working from boxes to furniture throughout the room. I'm semi-pro when it comes to moving. Growing up, I moved five times to four different states between kindergarten and 6th grade. As an adult, I've moved residences an average of once every two years. Sometime around adult move number 3, I had the epiphany about paying professionals that I think everyone eventually has. I can describe this company in one word: Awesome. – I hired these guys to move my office one block up 2nd st. Seems lazy right? Cannot speak highly enough of these guys. – There was a slight mix-up finding my place, but they didn't charge me. When the dudes rolled up to my old spot, they were __retarded__ fast. paperwork--easy. sign here, here and here.
