I have been to all of gyms and never found something like this it’s incredible I love it my first week in and I feel like im part of family it’s comforting not like commercial gyms were there is millions of people 10 stars from me
By far the best gym in London, the owner is always upgrading when needed. So many great brands such as Cybex, Nytram, Panatta & Gym80. Ivanko dumbbells which go up to 260lbs! To any serious lifters around the area who want to improve then this is the place to go
One of the best Gyms I have ever been , hands down.
Great equipment and atmosphere are the only pros, wobbly benches wobbly seats rust galore. If they weren’t spending so much money on gear surely we could get some bolts on the benches. No pre in the changing room app according to rules? how about tren and needles, clearly they are allowed seeing first hand. Owners a obnoxious gear head most of other staff are decent
