Michaela really listens to understand individual needs, and uses her considerable expertise to create an impactful and enjoyable programme. After the first a couple of sessions I felt a new ease in my body, and confidence using the weights and gym equipment. I’m feeling stronger, more flexible and leaner as we move through the programme.
