RecommendedAmazing work! I’ve had this location clean and detail 3 cars over that past few years and they never fail to impress. No matter the condition, they seem to make my vehicles look immaculate afterwards. My family uses this location to clean and protect their cars as well. We’ve had nothing but incredible experiences. Took my truck in to have the windows tinted, specifically asked that a novice doesn't attempt it because I've had creases in the tint from there once before. Lo and behold, found several creases at pick up. The salesman was helpful and offered to have the tint replaced immediately. Second attempt was worse than the first so I opted to have them remove the windshield tint and refund my money. so when you spend over $2500 with them and go back for your yearly re touch up they do not wash all of your vehicle even though you had the whole thing done the first time around

AWFUL service from Ziebart on Oriskany St! My husband just picked up his truck after it was there for SEVEN hours and all that was done was the whole interior looked like it was Armor All’d. The passenger seat and inside cushion was suppose to be cleaned throughly and it was not. They promised to remove the cover on it and steam the cushion since we had an animal accident on it, and it does not smell clean what so ever let alone even look like it was vaccumed. dropped my car off there last night to have them do a tint job today. I showed up just before close to pick up my car, was told there was an issue. apparently the tint guy left early and he allowed his"backup tint" guy to work on my car.
