today I left the herriatta store disappointed at their job performed on my 2008 scion tc .I bought the rust protection package and believe me it wasnt cheep ... how ever the dimon gloss witch is a product that's suppose to get maintenance yearly. usually the car gets washed and cleaned and the dimon gloss maintaimace is done ..but when I got home I noticed how dirty the bottom of the doors were I ran my hands on it and I surprised how dirty the car was...unbelievable not happy 😟😟😟👎

Dropped my car off at 9:30 am and was told I could pick it up at 5PM --closing time. Was there at 5 and waited til 6:15. Of course my husband checks it out when I get home and it's still wet underneath.. Probably only actually done at 5 pm when I got there to pick it up.. Not going to recommend anyone waste their time like this and on this with the rush job that was done.
I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe and a 2015 Chevy Silverado that have the complete Ziebart package. It is a pleasure to go there to have them get the yearly checkup. Both vehicles were just recently at the shop and when we pick them up we were very pleased how nice and clean they were on the inside also. I would give them an A++. Thank you Pete Chapin.
I have had a ton of work completed at ziebart in Henrietta and they have always put quality into everything they do for both my vehicles and they have a customer for all my other vehicles in the future
