They sold me the z shield lifetime guarantee, I get in an accident and have my truck repair by another shop and brought it back to ziebart to the z shield put back on. The sales guy told me he's going to submit the paper work to my insurance company for a reimbursement $143 for the work. Spoke with my insurance company and this was not part of they're estimate. Long story short, this is a limited guarantee, I am not impressed with there sales tactics, more of a bait and switch. I wouldn't bring another vehicle back there.
I got my car under-coated had a great experience with Matt and I would highly recomend him!
I drove my lastcar for 14 years with no visible rust. Back this year with my new one. Great people at Ziebart always.
I took my chevy Traverse in for an Interior cleaning and came back to the 3th row seat not vacuum correctly and the back seat cup holder still dirty. Never vaccum under the 2 front seats and the back windows wasnt wiped, alot of things wasn't done which i was surprise because this wasnt my first time getting my vehicles done there.
Everyone here is great and they exterior detail comes out great I would completely recommend
Came in for the annual service for the under-gloss and interior cleaning. Ian was nice enough to tell us about Z-gloss, but the cost seemed like quite and investment. I caved and agreed to the Z-gloss on our 1 year old Nissan NV. All I can say is WOW. Our vehicle looks brand new and is fully protected from the weather of Upstate NY! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Pic in the comments!
