Avoid, Extremely poor customer service from new owners in 2020. Have done business with former owners at this location for the past 20 years. New Owners refused to honor contract terms and conditions and attempted to apply charges for services covered under contract. Currently working with the Ohio Attorney Generals, Consumer Fraud Division and the Ziebart Corporate Offices to resolve. Updates will be forth coming.
RecommendedOver the years I have taken several vehicles to Ziebart. Anyone who doubts the benefit of undercoating need only look at a Dodge van that I had undercoated over 20 yrs ago! Sold it to a friend several years ago but it still isn’t rusting out like most old vans you see on the road. Just took my new Tundra in for undercoating and Rhino liner this week. It looks great! My daughter supposedly had her car “detailed”. What a disappointment for the money she spent. Customer service was horrible. Where is the follow up with this company? Corporate isn’t doing anything. Please DONT take your vehicle there! It’s sad my daughter was a victim and out money. I encourage everyone who had a bad experience to contact corporate and also the local owner and management at this facility.
