Interior/exterior detailing ($300): they caused damage to the dashboard and vent. I provided before and after pictures, contacted corporate, corporate in turn forwarded my concern to the individual location and they side-stepped responsibility stating that they didn’t know about the damage soon enough. I would NOT recommend this location for two reasons: 1, they do not take responsibility for damage they caused, and 2, extreme profanity by detailers-within ear-shot of three customers.

Terrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Shady group of people who will NOT take responsibility for damaging my vehicle . They have been clearly given photos of the damage before and after and REFUSE to believe it was on them. Please do NOt use this particular franchise.

Took my car in for its first yearly check up. I had an issue when I got it home, BUT, the manager, Mike, quickly and professionally resolved my issue. Great customer service!!! Big shout out to Dillon, who worked on my car! Great job! I look forward to returning next year!!

Very professional and a great value. Been getting my F150 serviced for 6yrs, Looks like new. Any one getting a new car or PU needs to invest in Ziebart if you plan keeping it any length of time. Will definitely increase resale value.

I took my truck there to have a bedliner and rustproofing done. The beeline looked great and the rustproofing inside the doors and rocker panels never got done. u called and wrote emails and decided to take it back because its possible a mistake was make. I got the truck back and didn't pay much attention figured they would make surenit was properly done. I am appalled by the service, communication and work quality of Ziebart (on Lyell). I went a couple weeks ago to look into getting a tanou cover, backup camera and upper and lower rust protection on my truck. I picked out $1800 worth of services and product. When he printed the PO I was told I would have to pay up front in full (first red flag). I did proceed even though it didn’t seem right.
