RecommendedMy remote starter was not working. I was directed to Ziebart by my Honda dealer for help. I called today, figuring I would need to make an appointment to come in. Shane took my call and was able to talk me through how to reprogram my starter! He explained what may have happened. Now I know what to do the next time I have a similar problem. No need for an appointment! I appreciate him taking the time to talk me through my issue and the quick resolution. Thank you Shane!
I took my vehicle to Ziebart's in Henrietta for the first time yesterday. I normally go to the Batavia location but, due to scheduling this year, went to Henrietta for my annual undercoating check as part of my warranty. I was unimpressed to say the least. My vehicle wasn't even washed like it is in Batavia, so I'm not even sure they did anything. Also, they put a sticker decal on my vehicle without even asking me. Had a remote starter installed before winter. Peter and Paul were wonderful to work with.
I stopped into schedule an appointment to have a remote to my van programmed . Becca was very nice and a pleasure to speak to. She’s was able to connect me to a representative that was able to assist me with my technical issue with have having to come back on another day. This saves me a lot of time and trouble. I recommend Ziebart to all of my friends and family Xavier

I bought a new truck a few weeks ago. I worked with Tim at the Lyell ave Ziebart location. I had my window tint, headlight/taillights tinted, and the decal’s blacked out. They did an excellent job. In fact the product I brought for my decals didn’t work so they bought detailer paint and did the emblems for free ! Everything was done in two hours for a great price. Excellent job. Tim was a huge help!

Above and beyond 5 stars!! As a customer of Ziebart since 2013, my new cars only go to Ziebart for undercoating, interior and exterior detail. I am very impressed with the company and atmosphere on every visit. Craig Thomas and the entire staff at the West Seneca/Rochester locations are extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
