Brought my car in at the appointment time for a remote car start and a buff out of scratch. Was very specific with technician that I need car back by 3 pm or I needed to make other arrangements to get to work. Called store at 2:15 to check on progress was put on hold for 6 minutes and then told that it would be ready by 3 pm. Went at 3:20 to pick car up and girl at front checked on it and said it would not be ready till 6. I am appalled by the service, communication and work quality of Ziebart (on Lyell). I went a couple weeks ago to look into getting a tanou cover, backup camera and upper and lower rust protection on my truck. I picked out $1800 worth of services and product. When he printed the PO I was told I would have to pay up front in full (first red flag). I did proceed even though it didn’t seem right. Lazy and incomplete work. Would have liked to be able to ride with the top off this summer, but the work is shotty and the back bars should have been wrapped to match the rest of the truck
