Train your employees. We had two cars just recently inspected and were treated terribly. Our cars are tied up all day,even with an appointment. The people who waited on us were rude. There were many people just standing around or sitting in cubicles talking with each other. Even though we were on time for our appointment we had to wait to be seen. Terrible service second time on the raw. No managers respond to the problem after numerous requests.

Ziebart quality and workmanship is excellent but the operations at the Henrietta store leave something to be desired. They have 3 or 4 people standing around in the front booth but they have no time to come explain things to the customer. I've had two very poor customer service experiences here and likely won't come back despite the quality of the work. I think I can find quality elsewhere coupled with considerate customer service.
What excellent service and a great product. Extraordinary! I would highly recommend Ziebart Henrietta to anyone looking for super car protection and service. Margaret Matteson.
