Worst service I’ve ever had. Took my wife’s car in for undercoat, rust proof and tint. Went to pick it up and no tint. Salesman tried to convince me it was tinted for 20 min. Finally admitted they forgot it. Took my truck in to get vinyl work done. They put the wrong color on. The salesman tried to convince me it was the right color until I made him get the paint swatch. Been waiting to get it fixed now for 3 weeks. I will NEVER use them again

We came in from Michigan with our car and brought it right to Tim Paige at Ziebart on Lyell Ave. That man was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are now ready for Rochester winter.

tim paige is amazing, he got our truck all hooked up , new cover, new steps and undercoating. wow I love it again!!!
I have a 2016 bmw I wanted to get it rust proofed and protected for the winter, i worked with Taj, he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with
Taj was wonderful to work with! They got my truck in quickly to get a rhino liner and it looks fantastic!
