I have been going to Ziebart Henrietta for the last 6 years, ever since I bought my Hyundai Sonata. In the last two years, I have worked with Shane Bennett. Not only is Shane personable and accommodating , but if anything is not right, he makes sure that it is made right! Craig the GM is awesome!! Had my car in for my annual spray last week. After getting it home i noticed a scratch on my fender. I wasnt sure where it happened but with Ziebart being my last stop i called. Talked with Craig and he looked into it for me and the outcome was it didnt happen at Zeibart. But Craig didnt stop there, he still offered to take care of it for me at no labor cost!!!! Just had to pay for the paint. Now thats customer service!! Thanks Craig i really appreciate it!!

Went to Ziebart to have a remote starter installed after hearing about their outstanding customer service. Michael assisted me every step of the way. He was polite, courteous, and professional. I am thrilled with the starter and every aspect of the experience. I would highly recommend them and Michael for an exceptional experience in customer service!
I purchased undercoating 5 years ago from this location. I go back every year for my warranty touch up. The first time was great, the last 4 visits have been horrible. Never ready on-time, always miss spots, and manger has an ego so big he refuses to acknowledge the half ass job his team puts out. Very disappointed, spend a lot of money for undercoating and in return get horrible service. After today’s experience I refuse to ever go back to this location.
