Shane walked me thru the steps to reprogram my remote starter. Several steps to do and he stayed on the phone to make sure the starter worked. How nice I did not have to trudge thru the traffic to get it looked at. Didn’t know they warranty the batteries on all remote starters. Thank you Shane
