RecommendedMy remote starter was not working. I was directed to Ziebart by my Honda dealer for help. I called today, figuring I would need to make an appointment to come in. Shane took my call and was able to talk me through how to reprogram my starter! He explained what may have happened. Now I know what to do the next time I have a similar problem. No need for an appointment! I appreciate him taking the time to talk me through my issue and the quick resolution. Thank you Shane!
I would never recommend that anyone take their car/truck here for service. They did a terrible job of detailing my truck especially for the amount of money I gave them. 👎
RecommendedHave been going to this location for years. I had an issue with a different dealership and I had some repairs done to my vehicle due to their lack of thoroughness. After talking with Dave and explaining what had happened, he said that they would make it right and they did. I have been getting this service for 15 years and will continue to do so, Dave and the rest of the Lima Ziebart crew do an excellent job and I recommend them to anybody. Thank you Dave!
I took my vehicle to Ziebart's in Henrietta for the first time yesterday. I normally go to the Batavia location but, due to scheduling this year, went to Henrietta for my annual undercoating check as part of my warranty. I was unimpressed to say the least. My vehicle wasn't even washed like it is in Batavia, so I'm not even sure they did anything. Also, they put a sticker decal on my vehicle without even asking me. RecommendedI wanted to thank Sarah for her expertise help on getting my remote start fob replaced. She was very pleasant , kind and courteous. She went out of her way also on helping me find a place to have my keys re-cut. I will definitely refer my friends and family to the Ziebart in Greenwood
i had my window and sun visor tint and they chipped and scratched my windshield without telling me. i didn't notice it till i got hime. when i called the on monday about it. they told me it was there before. umm no it wasn't. this is brand new vehicle that i just bought and i cleaned the windows before i brought it up there. im highly upset over it. now i have to pay safelite to get it fixed. grrrr. so upset over this. ziebart is very disappointed over not willing to fix the damage or pay for the fix
RecommendedStopped in on the hottest day of the summer and they came out and helped get my truck cover re-installed (that wasn't purchased there). I had gotten the rust treatment done there, but that was a great additional service I didn't expect.
