I couldn’t speak more highly of this gym and the team who help run it. This gym is a gym made for athletes run by athletes. Whether you are just starting or looking to push your self, the zero team has you covered. I cannot begin to explain how refreshing it was to train along side other athletes from all different sporting backgrounds , all working towards their own individual sporting goals whilst also taking the time to support their peers around them. Great set up, great gym for both beginners and experienced power lifters. The coaches are brilliant and are available any time to help out. First class equipment.
