I have posted a review on Yelp , and now I am posting one here. I want all of Spokane to know what an amazing company and staff you have . I had my front area cleaned last night and the results are amazing . The staff ( Adrian Workman , James and Mario ) are amazing . The level of customer service and personalbility were top notch . Expect bait and switch tactics. I was quoted one price, and when she arrived she said i had to pay for pet odor remover or her equipment "would spread it all over the carpet". She had the bill close to $400.00. Stanley Steamer is the better choice, if you don't wanna be scammed.
I love Zerorez!! I have pets and no other service gets my carpets as clean and leaves the house smelling great. No residue either- yay!!! Caleb was awesome today. Thanks for getting us in right before Thanksgiving!!

The bottom line is that they arrive on time or notify you of any changes. Usually coming a little earlier. Wall protection and organized start to finish. I only dislike the Black Light. It shows all the dirt you have !!! Its a wonderful company that helps the community. I'll stop here saying my carpets are clean and fresh when they leave and that's a great feeling.
I hadn't had my office carpet done in quite some time. Someone tracked in some crushed crab apples on it and it was stained pretty bad. I called Jeremy and the folks at Zerorez and they sent someone right out to take care of it. Now it looks as good as the day it was installed.
