I have hired Zerorez to do so many things over the years from carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, and cleaning of my furniture. They are always very professional and take the time to do the job right and I have always been so very pleased with what they have done and will only use them and recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family
I don't know if you do a great job cleaning or not but your truck is very noisy. I next door to someone who you are cleaning and it's been almost 2 hours of noise.
Misleading. Makes promises it can't keep. Promised finished product in two weeks, six weeks later still waiting. Takes your money up front and after that the customer is no longer important. Was never given any updates on how my rugs were doing. I had to call them in order to get any information. Each time I called to check on my order I was given a different answer. Terrible, terrible, terrible!! Stay away!
Our technician, Zack Stoehr, was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Our carpet is 13 years old, and it came out really clean and looks good as new. It is a bit more expensive than some, but you get your money's worth.
Our job turned out to be bigger than expected. Our technician, Rusty Hendrix, put in the time and hard labor to make sure our pet problem was solved. Thank you Rusty and thank you ZerorezSpokane!

Very thorough cleaning! Previous tenants left a pet stain carpet so with the special treatment I can know longer see or smell any residue. The carpet was so soft when it dried too. :) I asked them to do a sofa that smelled of cigarettes and they were able to got most of that smell out ! I aired it a few days after and am happy that I don't smell anything. Just a little surprised they charged extra for the 2 small matching throw pillows that went with the couch.
