Excellent job on the carpets. Arrived when they said they would, were quick and thorough, and an excellent value.
Loved Zerorez! Guy was on time and did such a thorough job! He made sure I was satisfied before he left! Love that there is no chemical smells left in my house and I can feel confident that we won't be exposed to a bunch of toxic things from our carpets being cleaned.
It was just OK. Behind the door was missed completely even after I asked about it. The walkway in the house wasn't done very good. Other than that, they showed up early and were very quick completing the job. Hence, I wasn't real pleased. Not sure if I will use again or not.
Awesome service! Our tech was Sean Halberg, and I can't say enough great things about how polite, professional, and dedicated he was. He stayed until the job was done and the results are absolutely stunning!
Had my furnace ducts cleaned. Hassle free, friendly, and excellent service on the part of the technician. We found out before the service, during the call setting it up, that a 50 dollar off coupon we had wasn't applicable due to our house not having enough vents. However, when the technician was cleaning, he found two additional vents and applied the coupon to the bill. It's a small thing, but shows that the company teaches its employees to be honest and forthright.
Edward, Zerorez cleaner-person, did our stairs and carpets yesterday and the difference is amazing! He was thorough, professional and very caring about all the details. The ugly spots are gone! We've had Zerorez before and we SHALL have them again! Thank you, Edward, muchly. Donna
I've had Zerorez clean my carpets several times now and they always do an outstanding job! All of the people I've spoken to on the phone or had in my home to do the cleaning are courteous, professional and do a great job!
