My Daughter, recently widowed with 3 small girls (5, 3, new born) had a sectional cleaned. They gave her free cleaning for Christmas. WOW! So greatful, unexpected, and as always great service. Super high five.
Zerorez was Amazing!!!! They saved the life of the little dog that lives here ... they got all the pee stains out that we didn’t know about and now it looks like brand new!! Michael the technician was friendly and explained things very well. We would highly recommend them . Thank You Zerorez!!!!!!
Caleb rang our doorbell yesterday. He was in area, finished recent job down the street and had a few hours till next appt so why not canvas neighborhood and leave flyer. I was home...and lucky I was. The deal offered was a could not pass up and Caleb was so nice. We have 3 rooms that have carpet and after he checked them out, he booked me that minute and I got my carpets cleaned. Fast, friendly, and reeaaallly good. The first time I used them I had a nightmare pet accident scenario, and the carpets looked like new. Today, same great quality, speed, and super friendly service. I recommend Zerorez to everyone.
Done with this company. Did a terrible job the first time. After several attempts to reach a manager and several ignored voicemails from me, I got a re-schedule for this Monday with an initial show time around 0800. Today I get a voicemail saying my window was between 1200-1600. I called back and the "customer service rep" told me you only scheduled 6 hour windows. What is it? Thanks. She pretty much made up my mind for me with her attitude. Your apathetic employees need some lessons in providing a service.

Was charged way more than they told me on the phone. I just bought a new home and it had pet stains and smells from the previous owners(hints why I let zerorez clean them). The technician mocked my home and continued to cover his nose and tell me how disgusting it smelt! I finally called him out on it(it wasn't that bad)! He said he had a sensitive nose!!! Well maybe he shouldn't be in the carpet cleaning industry!?? I never write a bad review but darn it, I was just shocked by the whole thing😳
