The technician arrived early, gave me an accurate estimate,and was super respectful. I had the pet treatment done on the main floor of my home, and when we woke up this morning, you would have no clue that my puppy had just went through his potty training phase. My carpet looks and smells great, and I will be calling soon to schedule to get my second floor done. Thank you!!

Stan and Shawn were awesome! Zerorez gives you the dreaded "4-hour window" of when to expect them. So when Stan and Shawn arrived within 15 minutes of that 4-hour window, needless to say I was thrilled. My Friday night would not be lost! They took the time to explain to me the process and the additional costs (pet stains☠) which they cannot quote on until they can inspect the extend of damage. Showed up early (with permission) which was amazing! Very friendly, and the carpet looks great!
Happy with the results. Some of the heavy traffic areas didn’t come completely clean but I suppose that is expected. Austin was extremely professional and I could tell he took pride in his job. What really impressed me was when he told me what a great company Zerorez was to work for. You should be proud of this employee and his work. Happy employee equals happy customer!
