Chad did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I was really happy with the sub extraction machine that targets pet stains. Plus the carpet dries so quickly...taking only 6 hours or so. This technician is a good one and deserves to be treated right by Zerorez. Chad was thorough, worked hard and really seemed to care about improving the visual effects of my carpet. Give him a raise! ;)

Duncan was not only extremely friendly but also he worked extremely hard and got stains out that I didn't think would come out!! I was super impressed with how quick he was and how reasonable the pricing is. Will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned

We've been in our home for 5 years & thought it was time to clean our carpets. I consider myself a fairly decent housewife- but the carpets look SO much better now! ;) We also had an area where our dog had an accident & our technician did a great job getting the most of that out. After a few days I noticed the smell returning, so with a quick, easy phone call- Joseph came back out & was able to find an area where he/we missed. I appreciate the wonderful customer service & the professional service. Thanks so much!
