Joseph did our carpets today. He did an excellent job and even got out some stains and cat odors that had been in the carpet for months. He was courteous and worked quickly. This was the fourth time I’ve used Zerorez...all times have been positive experiences.
Once again Zerorez has done an excellent job. Their customer service and quality cannot be beat!

If I could give a zero star I would. Company is 100% dishonest. Had called them for a pet treatment service to remove dog urine and stains from carpet. They stated a price and what services they would do to remove this. Tech came out and did the service provided and stated that this would work and remove the stain and allow for 24-48 hrs for it all to be removed and odor free.
