Carpets didn’t seem to get as clean as I thought they would. Seemed to bring dirt to the surface and didn’t take it away. Still actually look as dirty as they did before. Thought after they dried they would look cleaned but really look the same as they did before unfortunately
Quick, reasonable, and great for pet stains! And, they had a guarantee for pet stains!
The technician was friendly and completed the job quicker than I expected. The carpets look great and I was really appreciative of the technicians excellent customer service skills. I needed help moving a few things and he was more than willing to help.
