Technician just left. First I must say he was very polite, considerate and professional. Was very careful with my two dogs. Asked me what our concerns were as far as the carpet cleaning. Placed wall and furniture corner protectors everywhere he worked. Carpets came out beautiful. Thanks Zerorez.
I had zero out to clean my ducts. The tech was nice. I thought everything was good until I looked 2 weeks later at my air filter and realized that the technician zero rez sent out did not know what he was doing. What I found on my air filter was shocking to say the least, there was apprx. 1 and 1/2 " of dust, hair and a piece of large paper clogging the filter.
