Yesterday was the fourth time I had Zerorez clean my carpets. Every time has been a great experience. I was very impressed by Duncan, the technician, who came yesterday. He was knowledgeable, fast and effective-- and handled my unique circumstances very well. Highly recommend!
They did great! Rep was wonderful and now my carpets are smelly good, clean and fresh!
Carpets look great. Nice gentleman, worked fast and even called to say he was ahead of schedule and ask permission to show up early(bonus). Would absolutely use them again.
I have used Zerorez 3 times and have been very pleased ! I had my whole house cleaned today and they look brand new ! It only took an hour to clean that would have taken me 2 days to clean both floors! They have very professional and friendly servicemen!
We loved everything about you guys1 The man that cleaned our carpet was awesome! He was friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable and efficient. Our carpet came out beautiful. Our carpet that is 2 yrs old is polished and shiny again but the real test was our hallways- that carpet is 11 years old with lots of traffic in a houseful (26 when we areal l here!) and on a farm. I have used Zerorez for over ten years and have always been very satisfied. They do an excellent job and always do a walk through when completed to make sure I am pleased with the job they did. Pricing is reasonable too. I highly recommend them!
Be careful when your schedule with these guys. We signed up at the fair for Oct 2. Wife moved everything off the carpets that were to be cleaned and when they didn't show she called and was told " no it's scheduled for tomorrow". The tech was friendly, and did not in the least try to nickel-and-dime us, in fact he gave us a great deal! We have pets and I'm planning on replacing the carpet in a couple months, but they definitely made it livable again in the meantime. I highly recommend their company.
