They arrived on time and went to work immediately. Very curtious and informative as well as professional. This is the third time Zerorez has cleaned my carpeting and I love the results and won't use a different company. My carpeting looks brand new and it's actually 12 years old.
We had an older cat who got very sick and refused to use her litter box so the carpet in my son's room was disgusting! The technicians were terrific...they invited me to watch while they cleaned the stained areas, which was awesome to see that process. The carpet looks brand new! I keep going to look at it and smell the clean. I'll call them back for sure when I'm ready to do my other rooms.
Showed up on time. Did everything they said they would do. Brought up some added options without being pushy! I will use them again.
Do not buy the "stain master" coverage at $300+. We did and when you call them back for the areas you will have a minimum charge of $88 and that does not cover any other areas those will be in addition. So even when you have the 3 for $99 that will still be the areas of the stains and additional charges for stairs even though those are "covered". What a waste of your money. When we complained they offered us $44 towards a future cleaning - What happened to 100% satisfaction guaranteed????
We have used Zerorez in the past but a simple coffee stain less than 30 minutes old was not removed at all and I want it done right since I paid $88.00 for one room and I hallway
