Paid almoat 550 dollars to have my small hallway and staircase carpet cleaned, with special treatment and animal care. Smelled horrible the day after they treated my carpet and i had to have them back to go over it again. Not even 6mo later, with no animals the carpet gradually got the stink back. Complete waste of money!!
Carpets look like new and the deep pet treatment worked great. They also removed a grease stain that we have never been able to get out!!!

I am absolutely so impressed with this company and their employees! Our carpets have never looked so clean. We have 2 small children that do quite the number on the carpet (crayon, lipstick, juice...) and zero res got it all out of the carpet. We were most impressed by Aarron Jones, the employee that did our carpets. He did an amazing job. We are so impressed with this company that we are hiring them to do our furniture next. They did a great job removing a pet stain from my brand new carpets after puppy sitting my brothers' German Shepherd. Very professional service, great communication beforehand & great follow-up afterward! I look forward to working with them again (fingers crossed it won't be pet related)

Travis Frank did an AWESOME JOB ON MY DIRTY, CARPET!! We have Dogs and NEVER thought they would look brand new again!!!
We were very unsatisfied. After paying over 200 for our service the next morning our carpets looked almost the same and the cleaner left a bad smell. We paid extra because we had animals and needed the extra treatment only to find out they gave us the wrong stuff and charged an extra 80 for it. After calling and telling them what happened they told us we'd have to pay another 85 to have them back out and wait 4 more days to do what we originally asked for, know their employee did it wrong since he didn't have us sign the for... read more
