Terrible streaks and spots still on carpet!! Got my little green machine out and have a jug of black water! Called and they are to be out again today. I am not impressed!...UPDATE after i called they sent the tech back and this time it turned out great! thank you for making it right! carpet feels great on my bare feet!
First experience was 4/29 and I was blown away by the honesty of the technician..helpful suggestions.. carpets were dry within 5 hours as promised and where the sub topical treatment was done the carpet looks better than new. Next time around I will do the sub topical treatment on the bedroom. I will definitely recommend and use again.
So fast, so efficient, and on time! Just had Patrick come yesterday and he was so nice and got my 3 rooms and a hallway done in less than an hour! My house smells better and carpets look perfect! Will be using this company again!
