We just had the best experience with our zerorez technician. He was professional, kind friendly, and knowledgeable of the products. He even showed us a with a black light the urine, feces and vomit stains that were in our carpet from our dog that had settled into the carpet that was unseen with the naked eye. The stains had soaked down into the padding from from our dog. Even though we no longer had our dog which had been over a year now these stains had gotten deep down into the padding.
