Got a cleaning from zerorez today and am very satisfied. Had to hit a couple trouble spots twice from the dog but otherwise all looks great. I did have an allergic reaction to something in their cleaning solution though--sneezing attack. Careful with the enzymatic bio cleaner, enzymes can aerosolize and people can get sensitized to them. I know, I work for an enzyme company.
