They are always on time and the employees are great. Love the way my carpet dries and feels soft. With lots of pets I don't like to use chemicals so this is great.

Professional, on time.. Tech took extra time to look at every room we were having cleaned to make sure all stains (not that we had that many but a few) were identified.. he was in no rush, let me check each room before he left to make sure all rooms and rugs were to my liking. He did good job of making sure I knew of all the extra items they offered and the price, but was by no means pushy about it. Good job on the up-sales.
