I only left a star because I had to in order to leave a review. I scheduled our carpet cleaning after our older dog passed away because we had urine spots from her bladder leaking. When I scheduled our appointment I explained the whole situation to the lady on the phone and she gave me a price of $134. She explained the tech would let me know rather or not he thought he could get the urine smell out and if he didn't think he could we were not obligated to have our carpet cleaned. Love their service, the carpets come out smelling and feeling clean! My only complaint is with your advertising, in your ad in the August 207 raleigh-thehomemag-com, you state 3 rooms for $119, and the 4th room free. My only issue with this is that you don't mention your environmental disposal fee. This should be noted in your ads/coupons so that people on fixed incomes are made aware. I know you did tell us when we made the appointment. But it also should be mentioned in ads/coupons.

Zerorez is great!! I have used them for my carpeting, my tile floors and wall tiles in the bathrooms and next will be my upholstered furniture. No chemical smells at all just clean and fresh afterwards! Try it you might like it as I did!!
Zerorez came the next day to handle a pet accident. They were very thorough and the guy was very nice. No more odor and the carpets look great!
