My carpets look GREAT!!! This was my first time using them and I wasn't happy about the extra fee, but it needed to be done, regardless.
The carpets were left with a clean, citrusy smell, and the really dark, nasty stains are gone!
The technician was the consummate professional. He answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job. My carpet looks amazing.
