I had Landon come in and clean my very dirty carpet. Not only did he do a fabulous job. He is fast and very efficient. I would high recommend this company. Thank you for a great job!

Ross did a great job once he got here. He explained things well, worked overtime and got the job done today. I thought he was thorough in cleaning. I would have given 5 stars if he arrived before 4:40 on a 2-5PM window. I thought the way they charge additional for the deodorant-urine removal liquids could have been explained to me in the initial phone call but I don't blame Ross for that and over all I am satisfied.

We use Zerorez, usually twice a year! Before the holidays and before summer! Mike was our technician and did an amazing job. We reminded him of a problem we have had in the past and he made every effort to make sure it didn't happen again! Carpets look great!
Brandon A. explained the process thoroughly & thoroughly clean my couch, loveseat, & carpets. It is a labor intensive job that I can appreciate. The rating would be higher if the company allowed the technician to move furniture.
