The young technician was very professional very neat, and very clean with his work.. our couch, and chair look great ( one spot on the arm of the chair look great we thought it couldn’t be clean, but it looks new �) of course we have no kids and no animal so we take of our furniture, color of the Couch and chair look brighter. My dog had been sick with bloody diarrhea for 2 days. Zerorez scheduled me within 24 hours. The tech was very kind and proficient. Since I have used Zerorez several timerss before, I knew some of the additional services I wanted and needed were additional charges. I am very happy with the wonderful job they did. We had a extremely pleasant experience with zerorez! Quick & efficient service. Our carpet was gross and started smelling like dog and now it looks like we've got brand new carpet! Our rug was the same to the point where we put it up and now it looks 100x better! We will definitely recommend to anyone looking to get clean and smell good carpet!
