I just got my carpets and sofas cleaned. The Tech gave me a courtesy call 25 minutes ahead and arrived promptly. He was very polite and professional. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about what would and would not come out of the carpet or upholstery. He went over all pricing prior to doing the job so I wasn’t surprised.
