I called up to schedule a cleaning today and they were able to come this afternoon! What great service. Zerorez did a fantastic job on our carpets, which are as old as the house--23 years old. Our technician DJ was prompt and professional and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely use Zeroez again.

Just had whole house cleaned!! Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest about what would and would not work. He explained the pet protection and wasn't pushy about it. I was a bit surprised by the additional cost, but my carpets needed it. Scheduling was easy and quick to get an appointment. Will definitely use them again.
